This is part of a series of creative workshops designed to run alongside the Journey of the Mind exhibition at the New Art Exchange, Nottingham until 22nd April, exploring how Sikh teachings can be used as tools to help anyone.

All materials provided. Suitable for ages 18+. Please note warm up activities will involve continuous movement around the whole room comprising working in collaboration with other group members and engaging in a group artistic activity.
