What does being mind-strong mean to you?

Being mind-strong means having the ability to focus on the things that truly matter in life while shutting out noisy, repetitive thoughts that serve no purpose.

Never lying or never gossiping again?

I try to avoid both. If I find myself or others around me engaging in either, I don’t participate and, if possible, redirect the conversation to something healthier

What have you discovered about yourself in the last year?

I’ve realised that I am most often troubled by things outside of my control. If I’m not being mindful, a small event that I perceive as negative can easily outweigh a far more positive and joyful outcome in my life. Learning to shift my focus has been a key personal discovery.

If your thoughts made noises, what would they be?

My thoughts can often run out of control, reflecting the difficulties in my day-to-day life. The noise I interpret would sound like the inside of a chaotic chicken coop.

What change would you want the world to focus on?

Stop murdering children for the sake of pointless, profit-driven wars.
